Agents and their clients have everything they need about the properties they’re searching for in the app broken down in an easy to use layout that is also stunning. This not only showcases agent listings to buyers in a way that will make them proud, but it keeps agents productive on the go with quick insights just a tap away. Let’s take a look, shall we?
Highlights at a Glance
As an agent, you need to access certain pieces of information fast! Verified agents will see agent only and public remarks front and center. Scroll down and access agent only information like compensation, showing instructions, listing agent info and any integration HomeSpotter has set up in your market (HomeSpotter can sync with top real estate vendors like ShowingTime, FlexMLS, CoreLogic Matrix, Black Knight Paragon, Realist and more).
*NEW* – Visual history on properties including days on market, prices changes and dates and even sold data.
Clients who use a HomeSpotter preferred agent’s branded app will now see their agent front and center, and all agent only information (designated with a lock icon) will be removed from their version of the app.

We got a ton of feedback that viewing property details on a mobile device can be really painful. It’s a lot of info and can be hard to break down and read on your mobile device. We’ve made getting to the details you need about a property more clear and worked to break the information down into digestible groups like basic information, school, lot, interior, exterior, and financial and tax information.

There is so much more to than just the facts and features about a property that you and your clients are looking for. Everyone wants to know about things that are nearby, how easy it is to get around in that area, how long it will take to get to the office from a new home, and what schools are in the neighborhood.
We’ve broken this information out to the neighborhood tab and have also included directions, street view and property lines in some markets.
