Top 100 Real Estate Influencers on Social Media

I get it.

Trying to be a better realtor, investor, and business woman is tough. To keep on top of your game, you know the value of learning from the best.

So, I did some heavy lifting for you to find some of the most influential real estate agents and influencers to learn from online. Then, I curated some of the best resources they created, as a one-stop shop.

Rather than list these experts in random order (or choosing our favorites), we took the time to rank each person based on their influence across social media, using scores from FollowerWonk, Klout, and our own judgment.

While not a perfect science, by ranking each influencer by their social impact, you will have a better sense of who you want to learn from as you master your craft.

Without further ado, here are 100 real estate agents and influencers to follow:

  1. What a list Aaron! I’ve discovered some super new Real Estate professionals to follow – glad you took the time to put this list together. We are always learning, so it’s great to discover those who excel in Real Estate. Thank you! I appreciate being a part of your list too!

  2. Only nineteen out of 100 people are female…really? Who formed this list?
You might need to get out more often. 62% of NAR membership is female.
Are women doing a poor job of influencing the industry?
Why do you think this list is so heavily populated with white males?
    I am curious.

  3. Some people say never judge a book by it’s cover but then again how do you know if a certain person is worth trusting before you waste your time? Sad as it seems, you must be observant as possible for certain traits that can reveal to you the true identity of any person. As a real estate investor, building conversations and having a lot of friends is always a good thing, but who do you think you should trust?

  4. Thanks for sharing lots of important things. Buying a new property or home is not an easy task. A professional real estate agent has knowledge of the local market & they have good negotiation skills, to help their client for buying & selling.

  5. Very impressive list! I hope some day I can reach it.

Reading through it really gives you a perspective on real estate. There’s just so many opportunities out there, and it’s interesting to see how everyone goes about it.

  6. It’s interesting that I only know about 6 of the people on this list. It got me thinking about what a social media influencer is and what the criteria should be. Under any circumstances, the criteria is very subjective and limited to the people that we may know and interact with. Interaction is extremely important and would love to have a conversation on the topic. If interaction is as important as I believe, then you, Aaron shouid be considered an influencer by the mere fact that you have had so many people interact with this post. Good job
