Agents can now easily access property data after unlocking a SentriLock lockbox
November 1, 2016 (Minneapolis, MN) – HomeSpotter and SentriLock are pleased to announce an exciting new partnership that provides agents with a quick and easy way to access listing information through the beautifully re-designed HomeSpotter listing detail pages.
The HomeSpotter app is a home search app available for iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. With HomeSpotter, users can now share property photo slideshows, not just links, have multiple conversations between friends and family and even facilitate chat between two agents that have full access to agent-only listing information. All of this takes place in one location within the HomeSpotter user experience.
With the new SentriLock integration, agents will now be prompted to open up the listing details after accessing a home’s lockbox with the SentriSmart™ app, making it quick and easy to have pertinent listing details at hand, right when they are needed most.

SentriLock is HomeSpotter’s first lock box integration, which adds to its suite of integrations for things like scheduling appointments, editing listings, uploading photos, and starting a transaction.
This announcement comes just one week after HomeSpotter was recognized at the RESO conference, receiving the “Best in Show” award while demoing with 21 other companies.
