Price Reductions
When Boost detects a price change on one of your listings, we will make it available in your dashboard in a separate section for price reductions. Start an ad campaign to show the property to home buyers in the area and to your remarketing lists.
You can also add your seller’s information to the target pool to ensure they see the ad. Once your campaign wraps up you’ll have full reporting in your dashboard as well as a seller report that you can share.
Agent Promotion
Reach your geographic area of choice with agent promotion ads to maintain branding awareness. Select a location and we’ll serve your ad to likely buyers and sellers in the area. Or, upload your own list of contacts to stay in touch with your sphere. Select a photo, customize your text and choose your traffic’s destination to get started.
With Agent Promotion ads, you can maintain your presence consistently from month to month. There are no contracts or set up fees so you can let your campaign run for as long or as short as you like.
